With works going ahead with full steam on Laamu Baresdhoo, we are thrilled to announce that all investors currently involved with the Baresdhoo project are Maldivian. Although, it should be mentioned, that some of these companies do have foreign stakeholders.

As we move forward with our work to introduce this exciting new sector to our country, it is reassuring to know that Maldivian investors recognise and are keen to explore the opportunities presented by integrated tourism. Integrated Tourism will diversify the tourism product of Maldives and we believe, will open up opportunities for Maldivians to start ventures in the tourism industry in greater numbers.
