Concept drawings for Laamu Baresdhoo have been finalized. The 72-hectare island will have beach hotels and guest houses with common leisure services such as restaurants, spa and wellness centres, bar facilities, dive centres, water sports centres, theatres, arcades, theme parks etc.

Concept drawings of Beach clubs and Bars, Spa and wellness centres, and restaurants have been finalised. While MITDC will rent out completed buildings, investors will be offered the opportunity to customise the properties.

Baresdhoo offers a total of 11 restaurants with a built-up area of 5,700 sqft each, enabling the facility to cater to 250 seating capacity. Baresdhoo also offers 3 Spa and wellness centres with a built-up area of 3,800 sqft each, and 3 Beach clubs with a built-up area of 5,000 sqft each. All these lots are open for investment.

Once Baresdhoo Integrated Guest House Project is completed, it will have a total bed capacity of 3,000 and will provide all the facilities available in a resort.
