Q&A session of Laamu Baresdhoo was held today at Hotel Jen. During this session, Maldives Integrated Tourism Development Corporation provided comprehensive information to the interested parties who joined the event.

Additionally, MITDC has awarded one interested party who has applied for 10,000 sqft guest house, and 2 parties who have applied for 5,000 sqft Guest House, upon receiving 100% after evaluating in accordance with the criteria mentioned in the RFP document.

Submission of Applications is a revolving submission commencing from the date of sale of documents until the last date of submission. Evaluation process is an ongoing process with highest marks awarded.

Integrated Guest House Project is the realisation of President Yameen’s vision for Integrated Tourism in the Maldives. Maldives Integrated Tourism Development Corporation Limited (MITDC) invites interested investors to become a part of the first ever Laamu Integrated Guest House Project in Maldives.
