Deadline for the sale of RFP document of Laamu Baresdhoo has been extended until 25th October 2017
With the overwhelming support for the Baresdhoo project since the opening of the opportunities for investment and to give opportunity for more investors, MITDC has extended the deadline of Sale of RFP document until 25th October 2017. The document will be available for purchasing from MITDC office in Velaanaage 05th Floor from 8:00 am to 15:00 pm.
Application for allocation for investment in Baresdhoo will be open until 25th October 2017 with applications being received and awarded on a revolving basis until the final deadline.
Baresdhoo is a 72 hector island which will be have beach hotels, guest houses to have common leisure services such as restaurants, theatre, arcades, dive centres, water sports, theme parks etc. within the island.
